Our team at Nines is on a mission to simplify and elevate household life. Over the past year, we’ve interviewed hundreds of estate managers and other private service professionals, and we’ve uncovered two major needs in the private service industry: technology and community.
Right now, we’re building a household management software platform to help private service professionals work more efficiently, because you deserve better tools, tailored to your needs, that take work off of your plate, rather than adding more to your day.
At the same time, we know that technology is only as powerful as the people who use it. Too often, those of you working in the private service industry feel a sense of isolation, and lack opportunities for professional development. Your job is incredibly challenging and demanding, and you need a place to turn for support, networking, education and inspiration.
We started Easemakers to give private service professionals a safe space to connect and learn from each other — and the response from the industry has been overwhelming:
“I’ve not met anybody that does what I do in Vegas, and I’ve just been trying to figure things out on my own. I’m so excited about this community because I haven’t really had that support group.” — Jenna Gifford, Nevada
“In 20 years, I’ve only spoken to a handful of estate managers like myself. In the last 2 months, I’ve had so many great conversations. Being in a community like this has made an immediate impact.” — Shelby Boudreau, Maine
“I love it because I really want to support my colleagues, and I really want a place where we can support each other.” — Kimberly Brandon, Florida
We’re excited to help easemakers around the world find meaningful connections and resources, and to work together to move the private service industry forward. We hope you’ll join us!
